Aimee received a master’s degree in counseling from Boise State University. She believes that mental wellness is the cornerstone of living a full and joyful life. During difficult times, Aimee can provide an empathetic and accepting environment in which to begin personal growth. Her therapeutic approach is solution-focused and centers around the strengths of the client in order to promote change. Her clients are encouraged to challenge negative thoughts and behaviors and find more productive alternatives.

Aimee specializes in working with adolescents and adults to create meaningful change across a variety of concerns such as, anxiety & depression, loss, self-esteem, relationships, parenting & family dynamics, LGBTQ+, as well as issues unique to the military family.

As a military spouse of 29 years, and mother of four, Aimee's life experiences help her to connect with her clients in a way that is deeply supportive. She values good nutrition, sleep and exercise as a path to mental wellness and is passionate about helping others live their best life.
