DIANA GUTIERREZ, MSW, LCSW
Therapist
I have provided therapy since 2003 in the state of Idaho. I have experience in residential and outpatient settings. I love working with individuals, couples, and adolescents facing challenges with life transitions, trauma and loss, relationship issues and anxiety. Most recently, I worked at a non-profit providing therapy to survivors of domestic abuse and sexual assault.
As a therapist, I strive to meet my clients where they are when we begin our work together. I see the therapeutic relationship as a collaborative one, offering safety, support and confidentiality.
My client-centered, relational, and body centered approach assists clients in identifying and releasing negative thoughts, beliefs, and emotions to make space for new and more effective ways to relate to self and others.

In my spare time, I enjoy hiking, trail running, practicing yoga, and playing with my rescue dogs.
